Ways of keeping own self healthy

In today’s world there are a lot of health diseases striking now days. Because of having too much fast food & junk foods people are getting too much fat, calorie, sugar & acids in their body. And not taking proper care of there health they are getting sick, fat & losing their strength & life time.
Teenagers many times go to gym to do physical exercise but they do this with out knowledge about it & get them self heart or they build up their body but don’t have nutrition in body.
This causes many health problems like illness, tiredness etc.


How can you become healthy?
You can remain healthy & get a fit body with out wasting time in gym or health classes.

*After getting up in the morning we can do some exercise in home

*Those that have time can go to morning walk

*Students can go to play in the field instead of gym

*Take nutritious food like vegetable & fruits

*Not to sleep just after dinner

*Can do meditation & prayer to keep mind fresh

*Even can buy some exercise instruments for home

*Try to avoid having alcohol & smoking

*Don’t try fat cutting pills, tea or heat belts with out permission of doctors

*I possible do Yoga at home


People can have easily a fit body & mind if they want to. But have to work a little bit hard.
