''Orgazational chart'' is a point where we say org's chronological list of designations, it helps the user to understand the people related in an a communication link.
''Communication channels'' shows which technology, person & links are used to communicate. Its good to show a chart here.
''Communication Process'' shows how links & equipments of comunication are used to communicate or who communicates to who to provide info, detail & goods of supply.
''Our thoughts on a communication system'' then we have to give thoughts on the system we re presenting.
''Conclusion'' at the ending we should mention solution for the communication problem. and finish in formal & proper format.
